Go to your phone's search bar (swipe down on the home screen) and type in "Knox Enrollment Service". Scroll down to "Permissions". Click "Camera" then select "Allow". Exit out of the app you're trying to use and relaunch the app - it should work now. I'm not sure why it's not enabled by default, but that seems to be the cause of the problem.
